Biography

Malavika did her Bachelors of science in Biotechnology at the Manipal Academy of Higher Education (Karnataka, India) in 2022. She focused on Physicochemical characterization of irradiated endemic Oryza sativa starch granules for cultivating low glycemic index rice varieties for populations affected by diet-induced chronic diseases.
