Biography

Daniela completed her studies of Food Technology in 2016. She was focused mainly on Dairy technology, Chemistry and Microbiology. After maternity, she came back to the University as a Academic assistant and taught Milk science – dairy production and chemical, physics and microbiology analysis of dairy products. Later she worked in a company dealing with food diagnostics where she focused on the analysis of salt in food. In 2021 she joined Stress Granule Lab as a Lab Assistant.
